11 Kids checked after school bus crash

According to Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, 11 elementary school students have been evaluated for minor injuries, resulting from a crash involving a school bus and two other vehicles near Walkersville. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Route 194 and Stauffer Road. The children and all three drivers were taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital after the crash and all injuries were minor. The bus, carrying 27 students and traveling north on the state highway, was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Stauffer Road. The back end of the bus then swerved across the center of the line, hitting a vehicle traveling south on Route 194.
