Tracy Morgan upgraded to fair condition after crash

Comedian Tracy Morgan has been upgraded to ‘fair condition’ after the New Jersey highway crash that badly injured him. The crash led to Morgan suffering from broken ribs and a broken leg, killed fellow comedian James McNair and seriously injured two other people. A criminal complaint alleges Wal-Mart truck driver Kevin Roper hadn’t slept for more than 24-hours before the accident when he swerved to avoid slowed traffic on the turnpike and ran into Morgan’s limo. Roper pleaded not guilty to death by auto and assault by auto charges.
