The home of musician Kid Rock was the target of an attempted invasion on July 31, and that man has been sentenced to a minimum of 46 months in prison.
Forty-three-year-old Brian Keith was caught ramming the gate by security cameras outside Kid Rock’s Detroit home.
Keith’s defense attorney argued that his client was under the influence of drugs at the time and thought he had arrived at the home of someone who owed him money.
Keith pleaded no contest to three charges and was sentenced Wednesday.
The amount of time he received was due in part to a past criminal record.
