Jay-Z becomes certified NBA agent

Rapper Jay-Z will now be representing NBA players. He became certified by the NBA player’s association on Thursday.

It is unclear what the rap mogul can do considering he will have to sell his share of the Brooklyn Nets before becoming an NBA agent. A Roc Nation spokesperson would not comment on whether that has happened.

Although Jay-Z only made a few appearances at Nets games this season, he has had a major influence on the branding of the team. He even introduced the team’s new jerseys during one of his concerts.
