Actor Jamie Foxx has been selected to host a special concert tribute to Michael Jackson. The event, titled “Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert,” is scheduled for Oct. 8 in Cardiff, Whales. While the show is not officially affiliated with the Jackson estate, members of his family are scheduled to attend.
Among the performers invited to attend are Christina Aguilera, Smokey Robinson and Cee Lo Green. The band Kiss had been invited, but organizers rescinded the invitation when fans pointed out that Gene Simmons had criticized Jackson over the years.
