Funeral held for L’Wren Scott in California
Services for L’Wren Scott, designer and longtime stylist and companion of Mick Jaggers, were held Tuesday at Hollywood Forever Funeral Home in Los Angeles. A small private funeral was held with blessings and prayers led by Reverend Ed Bacon of the All Saints Church in Pasadena. Jagger, Scott’s brother Randy Bambrough, and others also spoke words of tribute. Jagger’s daughter and Ellen Barkin, a good friend of Scott’s, read poems, along with Jagger’s other children and grandchildren and Scott’s niece. Bernard Fowler sang “Will the Circle Be Unbroken?” while Dave Stewart played guitar. Scott committed suicide on March 17 in New York and was cremated, per her wishes.
