Erin Andrews leaves ESPN

Sportscaster Erin Andrews is leaving ESPN and may join Fox Sports.The 34-year-old co-host of “College GameDay’s”contract with ESPN expired this week and after some speculation about her future with the network, an ESPN spokesman confirmed her departure. “Erin Andrews is leaving ESPN. She did great work for us and we made an aggressive offer to keep her,” publicist Mike Humes wrote. “Wish her the best on her next chapter.” Sports Illustrated columnist Richard Deitsch reported Friday that Andrews was being hotly pursued by Fox’s sports network, though the news network declined to comment.
