Actor Bradley Cooper, 36, was named Sexiest Man Alive by PEOPLE magazine for 2011. The actor rose in popularity with his success in “The Hangover,” but remains down-to-earth in personal interviews. Cooper was humble about the honor, “I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this [title]. I think I’m a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying.”
Cooper remains close to his mom, Gloria, saying “first thing I thought was, ‘My mother is going to be so happy.’ ” Cooper denied rumors that he is a ladies man, following a split in March with Renée Zellweger and gossip that he has been seen with Jennifer Lopez recently. “If you’re a single man and you happen to be in this business,” he says, “you’re deemed a player. But I don’t see myself as a ladies’ man.”
