Obamacare delayed by computer problem

A computer glitch has caused some changes in the Obamacare rules. A mistake in the federal computer code has further postponed the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. The malfunction allows insurance costs to rise for young smokers while limiting penalties for other smokers.

Obamacare prevents companies from denying insurance to people with preexisting conditions. However, age and tobacco use can also affect how much a person is charged. The act is planned to be put into effect in 2014.
