Unemployment in November remained steady at 5.8 percent, the same as in October. This rate is 7 percent lower than November 2013. During the month, 321, 000 jobs were created, soaring over the predicted amount. Even without December’s data, 2014 has included the highest job growth since 1999. Even as jobs are created, wage growth still hovers around the inflation rate. Industries that most often employ workers aged 25 to 34 saw the largest fall in median annual wages over the past decade.
