On Tuesday, a 2-year-old boy fell from the third floor of a building on Hewitt Avenue near Georgia Avenue in Aspen Hill at about 5:30 p.m., says Montgomery County Fire Spokesman Pete Piringer. The toddler is seriously hurt after the 40-feet fall. Piringer also states that adults were in residence at the time of the occurrence.
