Officials say that human remains found in woods in the Woodbridge area have been identified as belonging to 19-year-old Guillermo Hernandez Levya of Montgomery County. The remains were discovered on September 29 when police were investigating an unrelated shooting. The victim reportedly has no known ties to the Prince William County area.
