Pope Francis delivers speech to Congress

On Thursday, Pope Francis delivered his historic speech to Congress, where he addressed the plight of refugees and immigrants in the United States and sent a message of love and mercy for the disadvantaged. “Most of us were foreigners once,” he said. The pope also mentioned his support for the prevention of further global warming and discouraged against the death penalty, stating that all life was precious, including that of criminals.
