On August 27th, a 47-year-old woman was grabbed and dragged to a vehicle near Pinewood South Apartments in Fairfax County, Virginia. The woman resisted and escaped with the help of a driver. The man is described as black, in his late 20s to early 30s, and about 6-feet-tall with a thin build and medium-length black hair. According to officials, he fled in a silver sedan, and was wearing a black t-shirt, gray pants, and sneakers. He is still at large.
