A shooting in southeast D.C. on Saturday night left one man dead and three others injured. The shooting was reported on the 2600 block of Douglas Place Southeast. The four men were taken to the hospital, where 23-year-old Dwayne Dillard was pronounced dead. The condition of the other three are unknown. Police will offer a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to arrest and conviction of anyone who commits homicide in Washington, D.C.
