27 dead after terror attack in Turkey

An explosion at a Turkish rally has killed 27 and wounded at least 100 more, the Interior Ministry said. Suruc, the Turkish town where the incident occurred, borders Kobani, a Syrian city that has been ravaged by fighting between Syrian rebels and Kurdish forces and ISIS. Suruc’s rally was trying to mobilize people to help rebuild Kobani. The explosion happened midday on Monday in a park. The Interior Ministry believe that it was an act of terror.
