Clinton and Sanders battle over the Latino vote

In the Univision debate in Miami between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, the main topic of discussion was immigration. In their back and fourth, Clinton faulted Sanders for voting against a 2007 comprehensive immigration reform bill. Sanders quickly fired back at Clinton on her opposition to a 2007 effort to let people who were in the country illegally obtain driver’s licenses. Had the immigration package passed back then, Clinton said, “a lot of the issues we are still discussing today would be in the rear view mirror.”
