Over 120 dead in Paris bombings and shootings

At least 120 people are dead in a series of attacks that ravaged popular Parisian nightspots on Friday. They began during an explosion at soccer match between the French and German national teams before spreading to cafes and restaurants surrounding the stadium, finally culminating in a deadly hostage situation at a concert hall. Hundreds were held hostage at the concert hall and many were killed when explosive belts were set off after police attempted a rescue. Although no group has claimed responsibility for these attacks, many social media accounts affiliated with extremists have praised them.
