The Washington Capitals beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 5-3 Tuesday to extend their winning streak to three games. The game in Tampa showcased goaltender Braden Holtby’s impressive skills, especially in the moment where he rolled over on top of the puck to freeze it in front of the net. Ovechkin scored an empty-netter as time ran out, and the Caps secured the away win. They Capitals next play the Columbus Blue Jackets Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Verizon Center.
