A blaze broke out in a southwest Baltimore rowhouse, killing a mother and her two children. The victims have been identified as Michelle Manigo and her sons, 11-year-old Tyquis Moore and 7-year-old Jaquis Manigo. The fire broke out in their home early on Thursday, and then spread to 10 other homes.
The cause of death is still being determined. Investigators and arson detectives are working to find out how the fire originated, but there are no current signs of suspicious activity.
