Google Express announced Monday that it is expanding its services to D.C. The service, formerly known as Google Shopping Express, allows users to order online from local stores and includes same-day delivery. Google Express began in northern California in October 2013, and has grown since then. The service requires a membership, although some orders allow per-order payment for delivery. Google is offering three months of free membership. More information can be found on the Google Express website.
