This restaurant’s atmosphere is ideal for a quiet romantic date or can serve as the perfect place for a lively group event. Menu items range from escargot, French onion soup, seared New Bedford sea scallops, steaks, jumbo lump crab cakes and much more. Desserts include the tastes of apple crumble, white chocolate crème brulee, and German chocolate brownie sundae. The restaurant also offers a vast assortment of wines from various brands of Chardonnay, red wine, white wine, sparkling champagnes, French wines, Merlots and tons of others.

 

Things to See and Do

For family fun that everyone will enjoy, visit Ripley’s Aquarium and experience an adventure with sharks, stingrays, eels, fantastic fish and poisonous predators. Experience the marine life of the aquarium by communing with the sharks, touching stingrays, or gliding along a 330 foot moving path beneath the reef. To make the visit even more special for the kids, treat them to one of three makeover packages: Mermaid, sailor or pirate. Pick up the pace and visit Soar & Explore for an outdoor adventure. Lodged 50 feet above water, guests can zipline 1,000 feet between towers. Or, guests can venture out to the rope course and navigate between 33 different challenging elements composed of more than 3,000 ropes and cables. For those with a competitive nature, the course gets more and more challenging the farther you get into it to create a little family competition. Zipline is $19.99 and ropes challengeis $11.99 or save and get the adventure combo pack for $26.99.

Slow the pace down and enjoy time on the beach. 1.2 mile-long, the Oceanfront Boardwalk is the perfect place to relax and take in the sights of the ocean or shop and enjoy the cuisine of the area. The mid-section of the beach holds the former Pavillion Amusement Park and holds a carnival-like atmosphere.
