VIRGINIA – Women charged with criminal neglect for death of 3-year-old

Richmond police have announced that Danielle Turner, 24, was charged with criminal neglect for the death of 3-year-old Latrice Warren. Authorities say paramedics arrived at Turner’s home and alerted police that Warren was alive, but unconscious and sustaining numerous injuries. The 3-year-old later died from these injuries at the hospital. Turner was the godmother of Latrice Warren, and was supposedly watching her for her mother, Nikki Brown. Brown claims she could not imagine Danielle Turner doing anything like this to her child.
