Three-times MLB Most Valuable Player and National Baseball Hall of Fame-r Yogi Berra died Tuesday night at age 90. Berra was one of the only two catchers to win the MVP award three times, and was the backbone of 10 New York Yankees World Series championships. Berra was also famous for his Yogisms, often mystic malapropisms widely quoted by politicians. “He will always be remembered for his success on the field, but I believe his finest quality was how he treated everyone with sincerity and kindness,” former Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter stated.
